1. Delivery Information

Free Delivery within 15 Miles

  • We provide free delivery for locations within a 15-mile radius of our base at LS8 5DR.

Delivery Charges Beyond 15 Miles

  • For locations beyond 15 miles, a delivery charge of £1 per mile will apply.
  • The exact delivery charge will be confirmed in your final invoice after the deposit is paid.

2. Booking Process

How to Book

  • Browse our website to find the event equipment you need.
  • Contact us via our online form, phone, or email to request a quote or make a booking.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Payment Options

  • We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal.
  • A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may incur a cancellation fee, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

4. Equipment Setup and Collection

Setup

  • Our team will deliver and set up the equipment at your chosen location.
  • We ensure all equipment is in excellent condition and ready for use before we leave.

 

Collection

  • After your event, we will return to collect the equipment at a time agreed upon during booking.
  • Please ensure all equipment is ready for collection and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

What Areas Do You Serve?

  • We primarily serve Leeds and surrounding areas within a 100-mile radius but can offer full UK coverage.  Check our Delivery Information for more details.


What Happens if the Equipment is Damaged?

  • Customers are responsible for replacing any damaged or lost equipment.


Can I Extend My Hire Period?

Yes, you can extend your hire period. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss availability and any additional charges.

Do You Need Access to Electricity?

  • An electricity supply is required within 10-20 metres if you have ordered a hot tub or gazebo heaters.

I Have a Slight Slope in My Garden; Will This Be an Issue?

  • No, not at all. We can set up our party tents on slight angles without any problems.

What If My Ground Is Uneven?

  • Uneven surfaces are generally not an issue, as long as there are no severe level changes, such as:
    • Steps leading to flat ground, followed by more steps.
  • We can easily assess this with a photo sent to us via email or WhatsApp.

Do You Offer Site Visits?

  • Yes, we offer site visits for £15 upon request.

Are We Allocated Delivery and Collection Times?

  • We can provide a rough ETA for delivery and collection times.

What Access Does Bella Events Need to the Venue?

  • We require clear, unobstructed access to the venue.
  • If access is through the house:
    • A clear path must be created to prevent damage to flooring, walls, and doors.

How Long Will It Take to Build?

  • The build time depends on the size and complexity of the marquee.
  • We have the best crew in the North East, and we’ll discuss a rough estimate with you.
  • If you have time constraints, let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
